He use to work hard daily and was his daily wages earnings which use to hardly keep his family like wife and his two children happy with stomach full. In spite of his best efforts on his daily hard work , he use to cry silently by watching wife and children with lack of food on the daily basics .   Every day he use to pray the god , and sake for coming up of this unbearable poverty or take his life .                        18 Long Years This inspiring Story is all about my friend Manoj’s   father , who use to stay near by my house in Bangalore . This story does take back way like around 15 yrs back when I use to be a collage student . Indeed to start with Manoj family is like Father ( CA – Chartered Account ) & Mother ( Government Employee) and Manoj as my friend who was student and there only kid. The story start’s with Manoj father , where he was previously working for a bank where in the bank they had the misunderstanding of financial transaction , where the bank has made Manoj’s Father as the Culprit where he was dismissed for the bank . A Sweet story! Morning around 9 AM. After a heavy breakfast, I was relaxing in my chair watching TV. The young man who is staying as my neighbor in our House came and said. "Santhosh, can you give me the key to your Car. I want to go out urgently." I said no problem and handed over the key to him. After half an hour, he came back. He was crying. He gave back the key, hugged me, and said in a low voice "Thank you." and went to his house Worried, I just followed him upto his door. I could hear his voice inside and he was saying "The lab results came. The test is positive" I was shocked beyond belief. I suddenly remembered that he had hugged me. I went to the bathroom, used an entire soap to wash myself in four buckets of Dettol water. Afterwards, I came to the basement, washed my car with surf excel and half a bottle of Dettol. Grandma was a phenomenal woman. She could see life beneath its visible skin. Every time I asked her HOW she’d flash a smile and say, “It’s all out there; you don’t notice.” The morning after her eye surgery she took my hand with bandaged eyes and said, “See, gold rays are pouring down with divine splendour!” I looked out of the nursing home window.
